Refund policy

1. Easy Returns (7-Day Return Window)

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 working days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Perishable goods, personalized items, or personal care products may not be eligible for return (if applicable).

How to Start a Return:

Please contact us at glstanlin@gmail.com before shipping your items back. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions along with the return shipping address. (Please note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.)

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 working days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send an email to glstanlin@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item. We will work swiftly to arrange a replacement or a full refund for you.

3. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days. (Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the
